I have just bought a 2017 Citroen Berlingo Enterprise 1.6HDI Blue. It's not on the road yet as I am putting my car through MO|T next week in order to sell it on, then I will tax and insure the van.
Anyway since it's been standing for a bit and the battery was low, I decided to remove the battery and stick it on charge.
It looks like I might replace it as I am getting a "Replace battery" warning on my smart charger. Anyway, I checked the serial numbers on the battery and it's a stop-start battery. Clearly, I want to get the right battery.
My question is, how can I definitively tell if I have stop start? Driving it on a low battery would probably stop that from working so I can't just drive it, and I don't want to drive uninsured.
There is no "Eco mode off" button on the dash, and the Vehicle setting on the screen are greyed out, so no off option there.
Has anyone got any advice?
