Hi can anybody help, I’ve got a 2006 multispace & I’ve lost power to both the 12v outlet socket and the cigarette lighter socket, but the fuse which it says it is in my owners manual is all good & I have tried other fuses too but still no power, not sure what to do next to cure this, as I need it often to charge things and use a compressor etc, any help is appreciated .

Can you confirm that you are trying the sockets for power with the ignition key in and turned to the 1st ignition position?

Can you confirm that you are trying the sockets for power with the ignition key in and turned to the 1st ignition position?
yes I’ve tried it with ignition on.

Yes there is I think as the other things that share the same fuse still work ok.
According to the Haynes diagram the power to the cigarette lighter goes through 15 amp fuse No16 or in later models 20 amp fuse No23 in the passenger side fuse box and doesn't supply anything else. In later models it has a jumper position so it can be permanently live if the fuse is swapped over to the second position.

I think mine must be a different model year to the Haynes manual as my fuse board is on drivers side under the dash, and it says in my handbook that it’s fuse number 22, and the fuse is ok and the other things that share the fuse don’t work if I pull the fuse, but work when it’s in so I can only presume the handbook is correct in terms of which fuse it is, thanks for looking though.

I’ll have a look at that then tomorrow as F9 according to my manual feeds heated seats and the modutop blower and mine has neither of those, so if there’s a fuse there, that could be it
