I'm using an Ikea mattress topper folded over double, not exactly specially made but fits the bed I made nicely.

I've used a "self-inflating" type camping mattress laid direct onto the luggage area mat. Might not give sufficient luxury for the fussiest sleeper but OK for me and very convenient: stows rolled up in its bag and no pump required. They do come in various thicknesses/qualities, a little research necessary.
