B9 audio upgrade

Hello all,
I am considering an upgrade of the current RD45 audio to a double din multimedia or navigation unit
keeping the steering wheel controls and fitting a reverse camera, either to the high level brake lamp or the licence plate lamp on the n/s barn door.

Does anybody have any recomendations?

YES TEYES CC3 from teyes. buy on aliexpress. and find the high brakelight with revers camrea from other sellers. and install that also
