2018 berlingo mk3 needs new adblue tank

Hi I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem. My 2018 mk3 berlingo has gone into the garage today and I've been told the adblue is leaking and the car needs a new adblue tank, sensor etc and a steam clean of the bottom of the car! Much to my dismay as only bought the car last July.
Does anyone know if this will be covered by the citroen extended warranty or by Citroen itself as I have been told this is a common fault! 
Surely this should have been a recall by citroen. Any advice or help would be appreciated? Thanks

Yes, one of our K9s had the tank replaced recently due to Adblue error message. Still under warranty.
