Contemplating buying a Halfords 3 ton trolley jack ( especially as they are currently offering 10% off ) - anyone got any experience of this jack ?

No , mainly my Berlingo based Romahome camper - do you think it's overkill for this ?!!!
People saying in reviews that its better & feels more stable in use than the 2 ton ones .....

Two tonne should be plenty what you need is a decent footprint for stability and low entry profile.

My two tonne Sealey has done my 4x4's etc for the last 25 years + with ease.

Not against 3 tonne just curious

Just had a look on the web site, how about the cheaper of the 2 2T jacks and spend £10 on something else to get the discount? The 3T willl go a bit higher though.

The 3t one might be an idea in case you need to change a tyre with your m-i-l on board.
