Hi, today I noticed an orange triangle on top right of my dash, it appears a few seconds then disappears, sometimes it stays a bit longer. Any ideas what it means

Is there nothing in the hand book to give you a clue?
There's that many different styles of warning lights that tend to change from model to model it's hard to guess.

I would check the brake fluid level & coolant level as a first step.

EDIT...
I think it's a gear change indicator.... 3rd image down .....

When the light comes on the car thinks it's time to change up to the next gear for best fuel economy, nothing happens if you don't do as it suggests.
