central locking

Just  purchased my first 2011 Berlingo van, noticed the 12v cigarette lighter was corroded when i plugged in sat nav. After I cleaned and got working I have found the Central Door locking not working...? 
I can hear the Relays working  UNDER DASH , when press fob and cab switches . but no clunks from any doors  locks.... ???
Checked the two  lock  fuses, are ok .

When you cleaned the cigarette lighter, did you disconnect the car battery? If you did you may need to perform a BSI reset to get the central locking to work correctly.
