[Warning Light] Hazard warning and battery warning lights
#1
Hi,

I recently have been parking up and putting on my Hazard warning light on my "17" Plate van. I come back after ten minutes or so and I find a battery "warning light" flashing on the dials.

1. What does this mean, and
2  What can i do to stop it.
Many thanks for any ideas or suggestions

All systems on these vans will drop into "ECO" mode after about 20 mins, is this the warning you're getting? If so, it's normal and nothing you can do about it. It's designed to protect the battery from getting too low.

I was once towed by the AA after a fuel pump relay failure & man said to put hazards on, along with ignition to light up the brakes, but after a while of being pulled along- 15 mins (?) everything shut down, as Zion said, to protect systems/battery. After a short rest with everything off, it all went back to normal.
I don't think you can stop it !
