Hi guys and girls its Matt here from Rotherham,
Back again with a little problem if you all would kindly help, the thing is I want to replace my sidelights with led ones on my mk2 but I am unsure as to where they are fitted.
I have removed the large circular cover on back of headlight and I think it goes in there somewhere but I can't get my large hands in so if anyone could point me in right direction it would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks
Matt

you will need small fingers lol place you hand in and look for 2 wires together in indicator area pull on these this will bring the 501 bulb holder out its a nightmare as no space replace with side light on and look at headlight front so you can see the hole if that makes sense

Can't help you with that one mate, but when you do find a source please let me know as my old knarled hands are like a bunch of badly damaged bananas. Hardly concert pianist's hands...:lol:

Took me nearly an hour the first time.
Done it since quicker. Even with big hands.
But it is not easy.
There is a knack to it....

Now then me old fruit how to put into words the blind fumble that is a berlingo bulb change !
You want to pinch between index finger and thumb but there is no room for that so . . . . the part ( that u have identified already by the sound of previous posts ) needs to be gripped between two straight finger
s with the rest of your hand limply fitting into the tiny surrounding space . Gently wriggle backwards and tah dah ! ! or not , as the case may be :S .
