2015 voice command button not working

Hi lads! 

2015 berlingo won’t connect to apple car play it doesn’t even give me the option on the screen when I connect my phone and the voice command button doesn’t work I think this may be the issue but can’t locate fuse to it can anyone help please as 
Citroen customer care are useless.

Voice command is triggered by pressing the end button on the left stalk (indicator stalk) as long as your phone is connected with Bluetooth.

No idea on apple carplay, but I think it only works on the large display stereo (touch screen) and I know you need to be connected by Bluetooth for Android, not over USB, to interact with the voice assistant and play music.

Not sure about Apple phones, but surely must be the same. (USB is only for charging phones, or USB sticks & iPods)
