Is there a taller geared gearbox in the Citroen/ Peugeot stable that works in the M59 Berlingo?
It's fantastic as is for yomping over Dartmoor, but cruising long distance, the engine could pull a much taller gear.
Any options?

Nope. Not that I've heard of. Common complaint.

Thanks for the reply.
Just getting things in place to replace clutch, driveshaft & engine mount.
Hate to do it all & then find that there was something else I could have dropped in.

I know, it has been asked many times but virtually the same gearbox is used across the range where the same engine is used. Not sure if you could graft something from the Pug car stable on but again, due to manufacturing savings, they probably use the same thing over and over.
Maybe worth asking on the French Car Forum as they mess around more with stuff like that.
