Silding door window opening by it's self

I've noticed twice now the sliding door window has opened its self, probably when I was closing the door. Is this because I poorly aligned it after window tinting or just a 'thing' they do?

Is there an after market part that replaces the hinge with a non opening bracket my car has AC and I'd prefer the extra security of a fixed window.

Has anyone found any way to adjust the window tilt mechanism? On my car the right side sliding door window makes annoying rattling noise. A little bit tightening would be needed.
