Phone directory

Anyone any idea how to update the phone directory on the STD Berlingo enterprise. Mine appears to only hold the original directory as connected when the van was purchased 5 years ago, no updates seem to carry over.
I have deleted the phone and stopped the Bluetooth, reconnected but stil the same

Have done that but it still lists an old directory list. Need to wipe the directory and re sync
