[Filters & Oil] Bumper and panel damage

So annoyed I’ve just done this can anyone advise what my options are and any idea of cost. Much appreciated.

The quarter bumper appears to be available for around the £50 mark, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332912025671?...SwBZhiOzJu, and the main bumper looks repairable. 
The panel damage appears to be quite deep as the side panel is distorted, but all is repairable by a body shop.  With paint, which won't be that easy to blend in, it could be, at a guess £1k. 
Try a few body shops and get some estimates.
