Synchronisation failed

Hi All
We got our New Belingo today but im having problems with syncing my Iphone to the contacts.

it connects via Blue tooth all ok and the app is working
but i get this message when i press the contact button to sync

the message i get is
"The contacts update has failed, check the compatibility of the phone with the system if the problem persists"

dose anyone know if the Iphone XR will work with our New Car

I have emailed Citroen and watiing for a replay

Got it sorted,
there was a setting on my phone which i had to tick to allow contact to sync under the bluetooth setting,
