Hi, could anyone please tell me if all the warning beep's we hear come through the cars speakers?, cheers.

Depends, there's a beeper module in the dash below the steering wheel somewhere as you can switch the beeps and tones to that with Lexia if need be. Search around, I helped someone do that ages ago.

Otherwise, yes they ALL come from the stereo...which if you've removed, needs to be back in place before the tones can be redirected to the module in the dash. For example the reversing warning beeps for the parking sensors...
