Hi, a strange thing is happening with regards to brake fluid. The brake fluid in the reservoir keeps rising, I have removed fluid to take it down to the correct level but it has gone up again and actually came out the cap… any ideas please .?

Does the pedal pedal sink when pressed or go hard. Could be seals in master cylinder at a guess.

Or possibly a caliper piston being knocked back by the disc? Or something odd happening with the servo or a ballooning flexi pipe? Worth, if you do your own mending, pulling the wheels off and bleeding the brakes & closely inspecting all hydraulics.

possibly, if the piston sucked fluid back into the reservoir from the pistons or pipework by pushing it behind the seals of the piston - very odd though, never seen this in my life.

The B9 has two reservoirs for the brake fluid, one directly on top of the master cylinder, the other one that you top up the fluid at is the remote reservoir on the font of the wiper scuttle panel beside the battery.
I wonder if it's possible that there is a pocket of air trapped in the pipe between the two reservoirs that is moving upwards and pushing any fluid on top of it up and thus raising the fluid level.
Try gently tapping the pipe that links the two reservoirs if you haven't already.
