MyCitroen Digital Service Record - what is it?

Please see attached screenshot. My Citroen service centre isnt able to help me with it.

What does it do when activated and what does it show you?

It may seem obvious when you read the screenshot but the Citroen service centre says it doesnt know how to activate it or what it does. I dont have any paperwork from the service centre regarding what work was done on the car for its first service as I'm told it's all supposed to be recorded digitally with Citroen.

This seems a total non-sense that me the paying customer is left in the dark. Does anyone know whether what I've been told is load of codswallop?

The only problem with it is my Citroen Service Centre admit the dont know what it is and after making enquiries with Citroen UK customer service they told me to enter the details manually.

Fine but firstly that defeats the object of it and secondly the garage gave me no documentation so I dont know what was done!

Very poor from what I can see.
I followed the link you posted and then onto the Google Play page, there's not a single good review that does not point out a fairly basic fault and most of the reviews are negative. The picture in your thumbnail above shows an M49 van by the looks of things?

But they did get one thing correct on the app description, based on what they told you..
"Up-to date. Servicing information is filled out after each workshop visit, so no saving paperwork!"
