Hello. I have a Berlingo 2006 that I'm trying to get a speed signal from. I have removed the sensor to do some research and my conclusion is that this sensor is making the pulses on the earth side instead of giving out 12 volts in the pulse. Is there any way I can change so that I get 12 volt pulses instead.
Thanks in advance!

Swap the wires around? But bear in mind, it may be meant to switch to ground (NPN)

Just for interest is your speed sensor on the back of the transmission ... mine works but only for a while ..usually at startup and then after a while down the highway it will die ... On mine the plug can only go on one way but I have never checked if it pulses to +12 or to ground ?? Does the speedo not work at all? My van is an M59 1.4L Petrol
