adpater cable needed for reverse camera fitment?

Hello,
        Have a 2018 Berlingo Enterprise. I have been fitting one of those reverse cameras that replace the rear door brake light. Installation was going well, got the touch screen out and the camera cable routed behind the glove box. Trouble is, the RCA fitting on the camera cable has nowhere to plug into on the back of the OEM double DIN unit. Is there a suitable adapter cable or some other method of connecting this up?

the oem unit (factory installed) does not have an input for the rear cam, you need to buy a unit with camera input (rca in)
