K9 head unit firmware update

Done 25 minutes firmware only this time. Here's some screen shots. Missed the start and end screens as they were only up for a few seconds and missed them.

Hi, I did a update on the screen. My screen was with icons and colours... After the update it was all red and black and ugly icons .. What did I miss???

Dont have an exact date however I was notified of it about 5th June. I think one of my photographs shows the software reference.
No idea what the update contained in terms of improvements, this is something we are unlikely to know any details of. Certainly these dosent seem to be any additional capabillities. Probably better programming somewhere.

Are you talking about TomTom graphics? If so it's the same as always been on my car from new. I think you can customise the screen but never done it as I prefer to use Android Auto

Could that explain why MyCitroen app suddenly stopped recording vehicle trips?

Have you got the MyCitroen app on your phone?
It notifies you if there is are upgrades available, if not you have to find out the version of installed firmware and map version software. Both can be found in the settings screens of the head unit. 

Make a note of it and post it here, someone should be able to tell you if there is a later version.

I do use the My Citroen App, it advised me when Map and Touch Screen updates were available, I used the option that allows you to email a download link to your computer. I didn't time it but I'd guess it took 40mins to prepare the USB stick
I was a lot more selective on the map territories I chose this time and the combined installation time was about 1hr 10min. Its a little annoying that the engine has to be running all this time.
