No horn lights

Hi. My horn stopped working so I checked the horn itself and that’s fine so I though I’d check under steering wheel. I took the covers off and now I have no lights indicators wipers ect and the side lights stay on, I checked all wires too the coms unit  they seem fine,  Citroen berlingo 2006

Likely to be the COM2000 unit. It has been plagued by a myriad of problems, but most likely is some sort of ribbon problem or earth connection. You would have to take it apart and inspect. There are a few videos on youtube how to remove the com2000 unit from the M59 model, not too difficult. Nevertheless, take extreme care with the airbag, avoid static electricity, do not just throw it around, when removed place it facing up.
I had similar problems, random headlight issue and purchased a second hand one from ebay with the same model number and fixed everything. The indicator stalk had broken pcb lines on mine, but yours could simply be just an earth connection. A few threads about this in the berlingoforum.
