So the water pump bearings went 50k early and the timing belt slipped by 4/5 teeth. I fitted whole new kit and she started first time and would ok (no misfires etc) but when I took her for a test drive it’s got now power and after about 30 mins it flashes up with risk of particulate filter blocking!!
Anyone with any ideas?

As usual I'd say scan for codes with an obd reader and go from there. Did you fit a new cam and followers? Were any rockers (followers) broken? Usually the cam lobes spin and the cam needs swapped out. They are only pressed on and designed to move if the cam locks up. Also breaks a few rocker arms which have a shear line to ensure they snap off. This prevents piston to valve contact when the belt lets go (which is usually the water pumps fault)

8 bolts or so to remove the cam housing (no need to take the head off at all) and it just lifts out.
Mind you I get the point if it starts and runs fine. Try a code reader and see what it's unhappy about.
Otherwise you have to do the timing up all over again eh.
Search YouTube for salvage rebuilds UK and check their video list for non runner Berlingo or partner, they've done loads of cams for the same reason.

As above, but could also be that the belt is simply a tooth out on timing, maybe worth a check to make sure as it can happen when a cam belt is replaced - will run but not rev.
