Good spot Ben.
Now that I read it as you explained, the message makes some sense. It's saying the calculateur (which is the engine ECU in Citroen terms) is getting an incorrect value from the ESP controller.
Maybe there's no ESP function, but it has been coded as present? I don't think I've seen ESP on an M59 but could be wrong..this has a funny link I can't put my finger on, to Cruise Control.
ESP would have to be in the ABS controller as it's a function of the brake control software.
@JWalshe I'd check the ABS ECU in Diagbox coding and see if anything is turned on which shouldn't be, or if there's a section in it's coding for Cruise Control that isn't on. Odd, but could be it.
I'll tell you what else I notice and which could be very significant, on all screenshots, it shows Berlingo II but that's a B9 technically in PSA land. The M59 and M49 are Berlingo I (the M59 is only a facelifted M49, not a new model.)
So you could have selected the wrong model at the beginning, and the coding for Cruise Enabled is different between the B9 and the M59...?
Admittedly it's over a year since I fired Diagbox up but I am sure from the official wiki that the M59 is classed as a Berlingo I and that would make sense when you select the model at the first screen in Diagbox.

Interesting stuff!
The screenshots look like they are from Lexia, albeit perhaps via Diagbox initially. If Diagbox thought you had a B9, I think it would not be starting Lexia but that's a possibility worth eliminating. Perhaps you could try using an older version of Lexia 3.xx rather than starting via Diagbox.
At the bottom of the Lexia screen there's a message 'Fault Caused by another ECU' does a Global Scan show any faults?

That's all fantastic - thanks guys. Definitely something to go on. First thing's first, I'm going to check the ESP isn't switched on in the ECU.
The opening screen to Diagbox offers a menu for Berlingo 1 (and a pic of an M49), Berlingo 2 (pic of M59) and B9. I always click Berlingo 2 and haven't had any issues before. All seems fine.
I'll keep you posted - and thank you again. Bloomin' love this place! :-)

In honesty I haven't loaded it up in so long I can't remember. But I tried every version of Diagbox going and the best one was 7.62 or 7.63 which covers up to 2016 vehicles. What version do you have?
I'm sure mine looked like that yellow and red old school version when I had an M59 but not on the B9, it's all a bit odd. Hopefully you get to the bottom of this.
Also have you tried a BSI reset?

As you can see in the pic, I’ve switched off stability control (sure enough, it was marked ‘present’) and as a result, there are no errors anymore.
However, cruise control is still not working! Small victories though, I guess! Just seems weird that it worked initially. Then not a peep out of it since!
Please note, all activities must be carried out through the open window, do not open any door until the process is complete. The steps above are correct but fail to make clear the reason for dropping the drivers window. It's so you can lean in to operate the following actions after reconnection of the battery, without opening any doors which would trigger the BSI to boot up before the reset has been completed

Little update and a discovery. The cruise control works when you disconnect and reconnect the battery. Switch engine off, and the cruise control doesn't work at all.
Any thoughts? Weird, eh!
James
(Btw - M59 cruise control works at all speeds in all gears).
