Hi, anyone tell me which timing marks you use on the timing pump, there’s two cut outs on the pulley?

You mean the diesel fuel pump that's driven by the cam belt? AFAIK, the timing for that pump is not important on the HDi engines as the injectors are electronic and get a constant high pressure fuel feed (common rail).
Before you take my opinion as gospel, maybe wait for another reply or two, I'm fairly sure I'm correct, but happy to be corrected!
