Rear Brake Disc Replacement
#1
Has anyone replaced the rear discs/pads on the K9 Berlingo (van) with the electric parking brake fitted?

If so, any tips as too how to retract the electric parking brake without the use of software.

I was thinking of disconnecting the motor and using a 12V battery to drive it back, but I'm not sure whether this could cause any issues.

When I serviced mine, I released park brake. Then removed motor assemblies. Then using a suitable torx wrench de-adjust the brake. Service in the normal way. Before refitting motor assemblies use the torx wrench to adjust the brake, in other words wind on and then back off until free to rotate. Refit motors, job done.
