[Engine] Dw8 injector pump

Hi everyone ,  I’m new on here looking for a bit  of advice, I removed a injector  pump from his Peugeot partner months ago as the drive seal was leaking and sent it to diesel specialist for a re seal to find out they’ve gone bust so left know with no pump to refit I’ve looked all over and seem very scarse, I believe the engine to be a dw8 1.9d the pump I removed had the number r8445b135g on the makers plate I’ve found another pump that to me looks identical and states it’s off a dw8 but number r8448b391c both Delphi but wondered if anyone knew of the differences if any

From a quick search it looks as though the 'c' may be for an earlier (1999?) model and although any differences might be small they could also be significant.  The 'original' 'g' appears to be available, but you may need to consider buying from the EU rather than UK.

You could also look through Lucas Delphi site for their reman (very expensive) and see what the part numbers do.

You could try catcar with the correct VIN to get the official part numbers and search that way.
The place you sent the pump to should still have it?

From the sounds of it the company went bust, along with the pump. I wonder if the last letter is the year date code ?

Yep, but was wondering what happened to all the customer's stock that they had. Maybe still in a workshop or storage somewhere. If company was an official registered outfit, maybe there are receivers etc that are winding it up.

Anyway, the correct part numbers should be on Catcar.  Also, have an ask on the Peugeot forum. That engine was used in quite a lot of vehicles IIRC.

There long gone as said this pump looks identical was just curious what the numbers referred to
