Which model is the one you can legally remove the rear seats, I need the whole space like a van, but I still want the windows all around.

You can easily remove the seats on the Berlingo Multispace, the van came first so the car is easy to strip back to near van proportions.
It's a van derived car, not a car derived van! Hope this helps. Just take them out, it's never illegal to remove seats. Can be illegal if you add them to a van and it's not done properly. But not the other way round.

It's also possible that if the item isn't fitted, it can't be tested and will just result in a note, if at all. Like the spare wheel, if it's there it must be good. If not, they don't mention it.
