Maybe there is an aftermarket HD option but the standard clutch is the same unit on all models. I got mine done last year and was quote £1400 fitted from all the local trusted garages (there's a fair bit of labour involved on these) - I ended up using a "Mr Clutch" type of outlet for £400 but the job was not as good as I would have liked, they damaged the wheel arch and did not fill the gearbox back up with oil, so 6 months later, it started to whine and was found to be low in oil, with no visible leak.

Believe me, I almost fainted.
That's up in sunny Scotland, you may get a better deal round your way but I'd do a bit of phoning around for prices, and then see if any friends can recommend a good garage that is trustworthy. Then the quote they give should provide a baseline.
I tried three well-known and trusted local shops, they all said the same thing. But, they were also busy and couldn't fit me in quickly, the good shops usually are booked up. I found a wee clutch place that only does clutches, one man band kind of place. I should have known better but was desperate.

Might be the rates are better where you are, I'd happily have paid £394 with a good garage. All my local ones charge £60 an hour and upwards. City centre rates I guess.
