Radio problem.

Only just bought our berlingo and the radio buttons around the screen are unresponsive. So I’m a bit stuck. I factory reset it but no change and I’m wondering is it covered by the Citroen three year warranty? Vehicle is two years six months into it. 
Would a firmware update help ?

Depends on the package, I guess. I have a 6-year factory warranty but only 2 years for the screen.

Well good news is it’s covered under the three year Citroen warranty. Mechanic thinks it’s crashed and may need a new software upgrade. Luckily they will carry this out and if it needs a new consul they can send off for one. Yay ?
