It was doing 90kmh and all of a sudden it lost power and stopped...no strange noises nothing. I opened the hood and noticed water pipe was blown and leaked all of the water, the temp on dash was spot on normal.
I tried to crank it and it just cranks fast with no strange sound. I opened the valve cover and the valves look OK.

Maybe water got on electronics. Does the dash light up? Check fault codes.

Dash lights are fine and gauges work as should. Don't have a obd scanner to check for errors...

Is the check engine light on? If so you'll have to find someone with a scan tool. Hopefully the engine hasn't lost compression IF it overheated.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're asking in the last sentence.

The fuel gets cut off, so it should crank rather fast.
