Hi!
I just bought a 2006 Citroen Berlingo multispace with a 1.6 petrol engine.
Problem: If I try to use the horn when headlight switch is in the off position (engine running) the horn doesn't work, but when I turn the light switch to the low beams, the horn starts working again.
Does anyone have a fix to this? Because it was marked as a fault on the last inspection (I live in Estonia).

Welcome to the forum!
There are several threads on here relating to problems with the horn, running a separate earth connection to the bottom of the steering column seems to be the general fix.
My van: 2008 Berlingo 1.6 HDi Enterprise - a bit ratty!

If running a wire as others have suggested fixes the issue, a more permanent fix is to refit the earth wire of the horn that's on the steering wheel. Just need to remove the air bag (if fitted be sure to be read on how to do that safely! Mine didn't have one from the factory) and there should be a black wire held in place by a clip, remove that and drill a new connector into the aluminium. I used a blind rivet with an o-ring connector. Horn has been working reliably since then

you can use the bracket that holds the plastic casing at the front of the steering column and fit a wire from there to the steering column instead of having to take the airbag out. It woked for me for about a year and then the horn went dead, with no power. I ended up fitting a a momentary button and new wiring to a scrapyard horn which I fitted under the air filter box - much easier than trying to get to the horn under the bumper.
