Probably a stupid question but...

I have a 2019 Multispace, and an amber engine mangement light. Have booked the car into the dealers - but - the garage is 10 miles away, I'll have to use motorway to get there. If it changes from amber to red, do I have to stop at once, or will it be safe to drive it further?

Impossible to say, as we don't know why it's lit.

There are dozens of possible reasons I'm afraid, some minor and some major. Could say it should be fine but no one can actually be sure. Sorry.

Are there no messages on the display, or other lights lit or any symptoms to go on? Could be anything otherwise. Normally yellow is a warning but it's not possible to say it wouldn't go red.
