Hi, were looking at changing the double passenger seat in our 2019 van to a single seat. Having a job finding one specifically for the K9 van version. Does any one know if the car version will fit or better still if any year model version, from car or van, will fit.....?

Not that I'm looking to swop. But I have wondered if it might be possible to do the reverse to make the car version a 6 seater.
I've no idea if the floor mounts in the car would take the van seats or even if the driver seats are the same width to allow sufficient space for the 2 passenger van seat. But ut looks as though it would fit.
What definitely would be a problem is seat belts. On the van the passenger ones, or at least the middle one, is mounted on a crossbeam or bulkhead that's absent on the car version. I suspect moving to a single seat in a van would present fewer seat belt issues.
