Thief smashed rear window

Some toe rag tried to break into my Berlingo XTR via the back lift up window and smashed it .Looking at £315 to get it repaced .Question is, would you claim on insurance with an excess of £100 or just pay and avoid future insurance rise?

We had a quarterlight broken by persons unknown on our dog van and just claimed under the windscreen/glass section of the policy. Did not affect our NCB.
