I've stopped using Brembo, don't rate them at all any more. The last few sets I've put on have been ATE and tI've been really happy with them.

So I went up to IMAxles today, really helpful, knowledgeable folks. Gave me a few pointers on doing the swap, The axle was labelled as being for an XTR or Escapade, I decided I was overthinking it a bit too much, so I'm just going to whack it on regardless of what I might be loading the van up with in the future.

Make sure you fit new brake flexi hoses whilst the axle swap is being done.

Definitely, it's a once in a lifetime chance to change all the brake hoses at the back without having to grow a third elbow!

Axles in, we had to bite the bullet and go in through the boot floor to get a couple of captive nuts to play ball, but it is what it is.
Just waiting for the (correct) wheel bearings to arrive. I'm just having a bit of bother making up some brake lines. Has anyone done the ones that go from the Flexi down to the cylinder? I'm struggling to get a tight enough radius in copper to make a clean exit from the union, without getting too close to the shock absorber.
Any pointers appreciated.
