Time has come I am afraid to say goodbye to my Berlingo 1.6 diesel van
Purchased this around 15 months ago as a runabout. It was rough and ready but I managed to put her through an MOT last Decemeber without too much expense. It has served me well, economical van but does accelerate well when you stick your toe down.
The windscreen has cracked along the bottom and the crack is travelling within the sweep of the drivers side windscreen wiper, the gears are like stirring a bowl of porridge even though I fitted new gear selector rods when I first acquired the van, it also crunches in 3rd gear unless you double the clutch. There is an engine oil leak but I have not investigated the where abouts. There are various knocks and bangs that sound from the van from time to time.
It has black alloys wheels and a towbar.
The MOT runs out on the 29th December 2022, its got 140,000 on the clock. If you are local to West Norfolk and might be interested drop me a reply otherwise she is going to the local scrapyard
