[Warning Light] Engine fault repair required help!

Hi there! 
I have a 65 plate 1.6 HDI Berlingo which has some strange things going on, firstly I have an odd exhaust fume smell almost like a bread smell coming from the back end on tick over, and then today I had the fault come up after about 2 mins of driving saying 'engine fault repaired needed'! the car is self doesn't go into limp mode, seems to be running fine, no odd sounds .. and the fault disappears then re appears when engine is turned off and on again , my main concern is driving it to a garage and if it will be okay to do so? and the obvious of what it could be... I'm not sure if mine has the bluetech but I dont think it does as I still have to pay two costs to drive into the emission zones.. Any help gratefully received

You've posted by accident in the wrong part of the forum, 2015 would probably be in the B9 section. But, from what you've written, it should be ok to drive slowly to a garage where they can diagnose with a code reader. Try to find a Citroen Independent garage in your area, give them a ring and see what they say.
