Radio display not working
#1
Hi I've a 2010 citroen berlingo van and I just changed the radio to an android radio but now the display is showing 1st Jan 2007 can't seem to figure out how to change it at all any suggestions???.

Also I changed all the orange lights in centre console unit and dash to a blue colour is there a similar colour screen available for the radio display if anyone knows as it's the last orange part left in my dash.

You can't set the clock any more with the OEM stereo out, it had an ECU in it which controls the menus, date, time, diagnostics, Bluetooth, mileage, trip computer etc.

You'd have to buy and fit a Connects2 interface at £60 to get that function back, and even then it's a fiddle to use. It needs both skip right and skip left buttons on the remote stalk pressed and held them the mode button on the end gets you into the menu
But only when that Connects2 interface is already fitted correctly and set up.

You need the CTSCT003.2A with the right patch link for your stereo. If it's a Chinese thing off eBay, you may be scuppered.

Can the time and date be put right with the original stereo, or does it revert back when it is removed.

If you refit the original stereo then yes, you can set the time and date. It will not change unless you disconnect the battery again. Then it would default to the build date of the car.

Also a tip, put the display onto the trip computer and then when the OEM stereo is removed you can switch between mpg, miles to empty etc with the wiper stalk end button even when the stereo is no longer installed.

Eh yes I can refit the original and it seems to hold I'd say as said above till battery needs to be removed or disconnected so I'll make sure I hang onto it for future issues. Thanks for the replys
