Hi i just literally fixed mine '10' plate.

The fuse is located in the under bonnet fuse box, f3, a small red 10A fuse. 52p from maplins.

It is mentioned in the vehicles handbook in the fuse section p119 as 'front and rear wash-wipe pump' although the diagram of the fuse box does differ a little to mine; however the fuse slots in the boxes are labelled f1,f2... Etc.. And is still position f3.

The washer pump may burn out if water freezes, so it might not be the fuse, but the actual pump itself. This happened to me as my front one worked but back one had failed. Then when the front one went, we put in new fuse and both still failed. Bought a replacement pump for £9.40 odd on ebay and fitted it ourselves, via front wheel arch flap. You will need to remove wheel for better access. Quite simple to fit as it literally is just pull one off and put other on. Just a bit difficult if you are a large person, but my OH is small so found it easy to do. Once that had been done, both worked once more. Now the wiper has stuck in mid swipe, so need to look at that bit now. (rear one). But that is a job for warmer days.
