[Warning Light] common fault

Hi Folks , 
seems like a common fault - engine light comes on , plus urea light and then count down starts . Adblue is added and adblue refill cap has white center .
Berlingo 2016 HDi 1.6 
oct 2021 - mileage 96800 DPF fluid replaced 
April 2022 -mileage 100185 Adblue injector replaced , fault continues 
April 2022 - mileage 100185 DPF sensor replaced   
January 2023 - mileage 105350 problem re emerges , engine light on, urea light on , topped up adblue , problem continues and count down is happening .
The private garage I have been using has been very good and accommodating with real old fashioned good service ethics . So I am happy to stay with them and not go to Citroen . 
I would appreciate any feed back before I go back to the garage .

Could be the pump has now failed. Or the NOx sensor is not responding. Ideally you need it scanned with proper Citroen software, called DiagBox. Old fashioned service is good of course but you need to know what the ECU thinks is wrong.

Generic (Non Citroen) diagnostics will not work on your vehicle. They did work on a basic level up to 2014-15 but from 2016 models onwards I find them all to be useless, only DiagBox works at all. You will be chasing your tail without data and fault codes, or the ability to test the pump and injector.

I had to refill my Adblue two days ago, only the Urea light comes on when it's low, not the engine light, since that would indicate an actual component fault. Low Adblue only triggers the Urea light on and a message saying "1500 miles remaining"

Many thanks Zion for your feedback . Sorry for the slow reply as I have been out of the country .Van is booked in for mid Feb - just have to persuade the garage to reset the countdown until they can sort out the issue . I assume its easy for them to reset the countdown .

Yeah if they have the right software kit then they will be able to do something. It is possible to get the NOx system (Adblue) deleted with a remap, and they don't test for NOx reduction at MOT time, only visible smoke test which will be fine with a DPF still in place.
