What are the differences between the 90bhp & the 110bhp hdi engines, i imagine fuel pump pressure, injectors & intercooler, anything else? Or would an engine swap be easier?

This is the HDi you are asking after.
To the best of my knowledge, the 110 was never fitted in the Berlingo.
The differences are an intercooler, ECU rather than pressure operated wastegate on the turbo, therefore ECU is different and at least the actuator on the turbo itself. Pump pressure is, I think, the same and I also believe the injectors are the same.
If you are thinking of taking this route I would ask why? Depending on your answer, there may be an easier way of achieving your goal.

I've got the HDi 110 in my Berli. Turbo is different too being a twin scroll variation.

In the UK only the XTR is available with the 110 diesel.
