How do you see the cab fan controls at night?

Hi All,


Bought one of these funky buses yesterday.

Now driving it this evening.. I couldn't see anything to adjust the cab fan/heat! What's going on here? Is it a design fault that they are not illuminated, or has something on mine broken? Model in my signature.

They definitely are illuminated, so it's likely the lamps have blown, or sometimes it can just be a bad connection. Sometimes a 'calibrated tap' of the front panel can make the lamps come back on

If that doesn't work also check the connector on the back of the controller is properly seated in. You can get access by removing the stowage just above the heater controls. The stowage literally just pulls out towards you [it will be quite stiff as there is a fitting on the back of the stowage that fits into a rubber bung type assembly]

Try to replace the bulbs. There are two bulbs there, the access to the bulbs from the back of the panel.

Really appreciate this! The circle, ac, and windscreen is illuminated, just not the dials. I assume they are separate bulbs?

Yes there are separate bulbs for the dials...look at the pictures.
