Read door guide bearing

I've noticed the rear door guides have got noisy and seems to be the middle guides on both doors.

The vertical roller bearing is split causing the roller to slide rather than rotate. If you take the weight of the door, it rotates freely so isn't seized.

Can anyone verify if the rollers are meant to have a split in them? Just they all seem to on my car, and are also split in a lot of pictures of the part.

I figured that might be the case. Just all mine look split and the split is very neat!
