Hi all...the front seats in .y berlingo are drinking me crackers as barely move to slide forward of wind them forward.
My question is could I fit some other seats in and what seats would work & fold fairly flat and pull up very close to the dash board. Many thanks.

I've moved your post to the correct section, "how to's" are for solutions rather than questions.
Anyway so to the question, not sure I've ever seen aftermarket front seats which are not OEM and would pass an MOT? I think you're going to find this isn't possible I'm afraid, but others may have seen something online.
The M49 is a little small for a camper - agreed.

Sorry, isn't that why you need the seats to be further away?
I said "a little small"...you read "too small"...not the same thing.

There are insurance issues with changing seats.
If your problem is winding the backrest further forward using a file on the stop you can modify the mechanism so that the seat back goes further forward.
Note the vans have a non adjustaable passenger seat that has a backrest that folds flat

Not to mention the MOT issues.

Be aware that although the seats in the M49 and M59 look similar theoutside runner of an M49 fits in the sill and on aM59 it fastens to the floor

If you can find an early multispace without the side loading doors, they have seats that pull forward to get in the back (there's one on Synetiq auctions at the moment).

Yes but I think 2004 is M59 and an M49 seat will not fit see my post above about the runners
