Berligo 2012 heater blower

Good morning 
I have a 2012 berlingo 11Van 
B9 phase 2 

My blower has packed in. I've read some of the posts and tried a couple of things. 
It worked on 1 and 4 when I bought it. Never been fully working. Last week it started to work on all the 4 but the same blowing. Then it just packed in..

I gave Checked the f11 40 amp fuse
Then I checked the relay behind the passenger  fuse box
It seemed fine no burn marks. 

Yesterday it just came on for maybe 2 mins then went off again. 
Anybody have anymore ideas what it could be?

It could be the blower motor brushes are sticking or worn out. Not sure if they are replaceable though.

Check the blower speed control resistor, it's above the throttle pedal and needs the pedal removed to access it. 5.5mm bolt holds the resistor in place, undo and remove that bolt then slide the resistor firmly towards the door and it unlocks and drops out.

Refitting is the reverse.

If you have auto ac (climate control) then likely you have an electronic module on the motor instead, called the hedgehog. It may be faulty.

You could just have a loose plug to the resistor...it is above where the feet go. Could have been knocked loose or broken.
