Berlingo undertray
#11
Thanks for all the replies, I have ordered a undertray and fitting kit so hopefully that will stop the cat sleeping on the engine, failing this I am going to try a sonic repeller under the bonnet.

There are some similar stories of undertrays disappearing in the M59 section IIRC

I think it was part of the first service on M59 model  Big Grin
So where does this bit go then ?

My 2013 b9 multi has metal undertray that is in need of scouring, priming and paint, Thing is, fixings have either come off, replaced with zip ties or rusted beyond any efforts of a socket wrench.

So anyone purchased, or know where to get these little unobtanium parts or complete fixing kits??? Tia

The catcar info site has the underbody trays and fixings shown, with the part numbers listed. Put in your VIN in the box to get the parts catalogue for your vehicle:

https://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en

Then search for bodywork > underbody protection

A quick random look came up with this page [not saying these are for your vehicle but to give an idea of part numbers]

I drilled a hole in mine to allow oil changes without removal.
After the gear oil and cambelt have been changed theres not much need to take it off for another few years.
Cable ties aren't absolute evil anyway
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Oddly, mine doesn't have all those access holes for servicing, it's just a metal plate. Not that I care, as I use an oil sooker.

Was told its the one they put on the 4x4 version but dunno.

It is the tray fitted to the XTR versions of the Berlingo Multispace.
