Bleeping when turning off

Sometimes the van bleeps at me when I turn the engine off.

First time I thought it might be a lights on alarm, but it doesn't seem to be.

Any clues ??

Might be worth checking if you have anything plugged into a 12V socket. Not verified this myself yet but my girlfriend mentioned it last night - she'd been using the satnav and apparently the car beeped until it was unplugged. Seems like a sensible idea to avoid an accidentally drained battery.

Mine beeps at me with ignition off and keys left in switch, stops when keys removed.
