Original and aftermarket radio

Hello guys.

Did purchase another van for company,it doesn't have original radio,but some aftermarket junk,and is shitty,plus of course,clock can't be adjusted.

I do have one original radio from scrapyard from van that was 2009.,have connect it,it beeps,does that means it need to be coded to my van? And also,i couldn't adjust clock with that original radio neither..

yes it needs to be coded with car vin. and i think if it's a rd45 (mp3 bt aux etc) you need type C dash display.
also check manufacture year to be as close as possible with the car's year

Understand,car is 2015.,radio that i have is 2009.,and van has that simple version of display..
